Responsibilities include greeting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring store presentation. Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Maintain product knowledge across all categories (footwear, apparel, and equipment).
Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store in accordance with company standards.
Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
Uphold the brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with AL-IKHSAN SPORTS values.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sports, fitness, and customer service.
Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
