• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Showcase premium gold & jewellery, explain quality, craftsmanship and value to customers.
• Actively engage and advise customers, answer product enquiries, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and follow-ups.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to give confident advice.

Who we’re looking for:

• Secondary / SPM / ‘O’ Level certificate holders.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Strong sales and customer-service attitude with the drive to close deals.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; especially Mandarin-proficient consultants to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good negotiation skills and confidence in handling transactions.
• Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur (IOI Puchong or Genting SkyAvenue).
• Interest in gems & jewellery and ambition to grow within a retail sales career.
