A premium wellness center is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on converting leads into clients through tailored wellness solutions, working alongside a medical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in the medical or wellness fields, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets. ĀMANĪ is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant (Medical & Wellness) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on converting leads into clients by offering tailored wellness solutions and working alongside our medical team.
Conduct consultations to understand clients’ health goals and recommend the right solutions
Convert inbound leads, referrals, walk-ins, and event prospects into paying clients
Manage and follow up on potential client lists, enquiries, and leads through proactive outreach
Promote ĀMANĪ’s premium biohacking and wellness services / membership
Proactively engage clients via creative strategies to drive conversions (e.g. personalised proposals, targeted follow-ups, collaboration on promotional ideas)
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through professional, ethical selling
Identify sales opportunities within the centre (walk-ins, events, referrals)
Work closely with functional medicine doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness experts to design client programs
Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client advisory in medical, healthcare, or wellness industries
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, consultation, and client relationship skills
Proactive and creative in developing strategies to engage and convert leads
Experience in functional medicine, pharmaceutical sales, or nutrition is a strong advantage
Collaborative team player who works well with medical professionals
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
