Core Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of Jetour vehicles to prospective customers.
- Work proactively to meet or exceed the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Provide customers with detailed information and professional advice on Jetour vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
2. Customer Database Development
- Identify and approach new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support ongoing sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
3. Loan and Financing Assistance
- Guide customers through the vehicle financing and loan application process.
- Liaise with financial institutions to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals.
4. Trade-In Services
- Assist customers in selling or trading in their existing vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure trade-in valuations are fair and aligned with market rates.
5. Demo Vehicle Management
- Ensure Jetour demo vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and presentable for test drives and marketing events.
- Coordinate regular servicing and inspections to maintain demo vehicle readiness.
- Actively participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events organized by the company.
- Represent the Jetour brand professionally and engage effectively with visitors to generate quality sales leads.
7. Customer Engagement and Service
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
8. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers on vehicle delivery, aftersales service, and ongoing promotions.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
9. Ad-Hoc Duties
- Undertake any other assignments or tasks as required by management.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by superiors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent related experience.
- Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transport.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Results-driven with a strong passion for sales.
- Hands‑on, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving excellence.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Responsible, organized, and possess a positive working attitude.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiar with TikTok and social media marketing, with basic content creation skills preferred.
