Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated Sales Consultants who are driven to achieve results and enjoy the rewards of a lucrative, performance-based commission structure.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers arriving at the dealership’s showroom
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options, and sales processes
  • Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
  • Persuade customers to test drive and book a visit
  • Answer and explain to customers questions about cars, financing and the purchase process
  • Accompany customers on test drives
  • Coordinate sales with the Finance and Operations department
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and keep a close track of leads for closure of sales
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
  • Generate leads and develop sales plans in consultation with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Achieve monthly and yearly targets scheduled by the company
  • Promote and drive sales of new vehicles to achieve scheduled targets
  • Conduct roadshows, sales activities and launching events
  • Carry out sales visits and follow-up to evaluate customer satisfaction
