A leading printing company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to generate leads, negotiate sales, and provide post-sale support. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the printing industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, contributing to overall sales targets.
Generate and qualify sales leads by proactively seeking out new customers and market.
Prepare and issue detail quotation for customers including pricing and delivery terms.
Take ownership of sales opportunities, engage customer, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system for production and delivery.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concern promptly.
Actively follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure a smooth sales process.
Provide post-sale support by following up with customers, addressing issues, and managing warranty or after sales service needs.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, track progress towards targets, and report on performance to senior management.
Work independently to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall teams by closing sales deals and generating new business.
Any other task as instructed by the Management.
