Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Putrajaya, Kajang or Cheras area. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert consultation, and promote SIGNATURE’s products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales consultations, developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service to align with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and providing tailored product recommendations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients
  • Prior experience in Consulting or advisory roles is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Background in interior design, home solutions, or related fields is an advantage
  • A proven track record in sales is highly desirable
