Job description:

Responsible for generating sales, maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving company sales targets through strategic and professional sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new prospects to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Conduct product presentations or demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for product or service improvement.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to closing deals and payment follow-up.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license (near MRT Mutiara Damansara).
  • Proficient in English and Malay (other languages are an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM 1,700.00 (basic) + commission based on KPI
