As a Sales Consultant at Leo Ceramiko Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. What you'll be doing

• Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable ceramic products
• Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to showcase our product range
• Negotiating and closing sales transactions while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Providing feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and sales processes

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the ceramics or home improvement industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management tools
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
