Job summary

A healthcare company in Kuala Terengganu is looking for a Sales Associate to promote and sell health screening packages and products. The role involves providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers. Candidates should ideally have a degree in Nutrition or similar fields, or retail sales experience in the healthcare industry. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin are beneficial. Weekend work is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Allied Health Sciences or equivalent.
• Good retail/direct sales experience considered without formal qualifications.
• Sales experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Health Screening packages & services, health products and provide Nutritional Consultation to walk-in customers.
• Handle customers inquiries and provide good customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs & care for them.
• Passionate in inspiring people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
• To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves.

Requirements

• Preferably candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Allied Health Sciences or Equivalent.
• Candidates without qualifications but with good retail/direct sales experience can be considered.
• Candidates with sales experience in Healthcare sales, Retail Pharmacy, Direct sales health products, Chinese Medical shops and Wellness Industry, having a proven track record for achieving sales target are preferred.
• Possesses good persuasive and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and work as a responsible team member.
• Must be willing to work during weekends.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage
