Job summary

MANJAKU RETAIL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Retail Assistant in Selangor to help customers find and buy products that meet their needs.

You will deliver excellent service and ensure a positive shopping experience while greeting customers and engaging them professionally. You will explain product features and usage, maximize sales, and handle POS transactions with accuracy. You’ll assist with stock receiving and display, while keeping the sales floor neat and organized and staying updated on promotions

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales or retail experience preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

Positive, customer-oriented attitude and comfortable working in a retail environment.
