Samsonite está buscando un gerente de tienda para liderar operaciones diarias en nuestra tienda. Tomará responsabilidad de la productividad personal y de la tienda, y trabajará en conjunto con el Store Manager para resolver incidencias de clientes y mantener altos estándares de servicio.

Se requieren 3 años en retail, 1 año en liderazgo, y habilidades de comunicación y manejo de horarios. Se valoran dominio de MS Office y experiencia en entornos de ritmo rápido con foco en resultados.

Qualificações

• 3 años de experiencia en retail o servicio.
• 1 año en puesto de liderazgo o gerencia.
• Excel, Word y Outlook con buena habilidad de uso.
• Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación.

Responsabilidades

• Tomar propiedad de la tienda y la productividad personal.
• Contribuir a establecer objetivos y hacer que el equipo alcance estándares.
• Liderar con ejemplo en el servicio y normas de atención.
• Resolver incidencias de clientes en tienda y coordinar con el Store Manager.
• Asegurar que las tareas diarias se completen sin perjudicar el servicio.
• Resolver conflictos de equipo de forma oportuna y productiva.
• Motivar al equipo para cumplir y superar metas de rendimiento.
• Utilizar training para desarrollar al equipo y ofrecer coaching.
• Desarrollar planes para abordar temas de negocio y lograr resultados.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO

• Take ownership, accountability for store and personal productivity
• Contributes to setting goals and holds team accountable for productivity standards
• Provides leadership through role modeling Service behaviors and approach standards
• Ensures customer issues are resolved in the store, and partners with Store Manager as appropriate
• Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service
• Resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner
• Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
• Utilizes all training initiatives to assist in developing the team and provide Coaching to other team members
• Develop plans to address key business issues, utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results
• 3 years’ experience in retail or service industry
• 1 year experience in a position of leadership, management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements, and store climbing requirements
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
