Job summary

A local cocoa supply company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated individuals to assist in promoting and selling their products. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product information, and conducting training sessions. Responsibilities
  • Assist in promoting and selling products to customers.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate product information (product features, pricing, after-sales services, etc.).
  • Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and conduct training sessions for customers on the use of machinery products.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features to customers.
  • Prepare and train a variety of products.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
