Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiry calls and provide customer consultation and support via phone and online channels.
  • Assist in publishing product information on the company website during the initial phase.
  • Assist with social media operations, posting product-related content on platforms such as Facebook.
  • Manage product entries, inventory adjustments, and order processing in the sales system.
  • Organize and maintain sales documents and customer records.
Requirements
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication skills; fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese.
  • Have an internet marketing mindset and a basic understanding of online customer acquisition funnels, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • No specific educational requirement; relevant experience preferred.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

  • Eligible for a year-end bonus of one month’s salary or above after one year of service.

Incentives
  • Incentives will be provided for each new customer acquired through online channels or online inquiries, where the customer service staff is responsible for handling and successfully converting the customer. A new customer refers to a first-time customer who completes a valid purchase.
  • Additional performance-based incentives will be provided for all orders that are successfully delivered and fully paid, regardless of whether the customer is new or existing.
  • Incentives are calculated on a monthly basis.
