Mawlana Wear is a fast-growing Islamic fashion and lifestyle brand in Malaysia, offering jubah, kurta, abaya, perfumes, sejadah, kopiah, and Umrah/Hajj essentials. We are expanding our retail and digital presence, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is confident in sales and comfortable creating content for TikTok Live.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Perform sales duties and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, product recommendations, and styling advice.
  • Manage store displays, stock arrangement, product labeling, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor stock movement and report low-stock/fast-moving items.
• TikTok Content & Live Support
  • Create simple TikTok product videos (new arrivals, styling, trending items).
  • Assist in TikTok Live sessions: presenting products, answering questions, engaging with the audience.
  • Help grow Mawlana’s online presence through creative, friendly, and confident on-camera performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in retail, boutique, or fashion.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Fluent in Malay (English is a bonus).
• Passion for fashion, modest wear, and Islamic products.
• Good communication, selling skills & customer handling.
• Ability to work weekends and fast-paced retail hours.
• Experience with TikTok Live or social media content creation is an advantage.
