Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Application Engineer to expand our cleanroom testing and certification business across Malaysia. You will engage with consultants, QA/QC teams, M&E contractors, and facility managers to identify opportunities and propose technical solutions aligned with ISO 14644 and GMP standards.

This position combines technical understanding with relationship building, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering and sales.

A Day in the Life

Identify and develop new business opportunities in cleanroom testing services.

Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Manage inquiries, interpret technical requirements, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Conduct client presentations and site visits to explain testing solutions.

Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure project delivery meets expectations.

Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities.

What Will Make You Successful

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in technical sales, HVAC, or cleanroom-related services. (fresh graduates are welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-driven, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with cleanroom classifications, ISO 14644 standards, or GMP areas is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
