• More than 5 years in a multi-national industrial environment, preferably with wire processing machines experience.
• Good understanding of machinery, automation, and software.
• Additional industrial sales experience is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Executes field service activities such as installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Provides training to customers for operating and maintaining the machines.
• Handles existing customers and identifies new ones in the defined market segment.
• Achieves sales targets for new machines, spare parts, and service contracts.
• Monitors customer and competitor activity and gathers market information.
• Creates and maintains strong customer relationships with top-notch service.
• Ensures compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Responsibility

• Executes field service activities such as installation and commissioning of new machine, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and technical consulting at customer site base on applicable processes and guideline
• Provides training to customer for operating and maintaining the machines
• Handles existing customer & identifies new customer in defined market segment
• Achieves sales target for new machine, spare parts & service contract set by management in assigned area
• Monitors customer, competitor activity & gathers general market information and feedback to headquarters
• Prepares quotations, documentation and whenever required, takes the lead for direct project related customer communication
• Creates and maintains strong customer relationship with top notch customer service
• Ensures Code of Conduct compliances
