Job summary

We are seeking a talented Sales and Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full‑time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in driving our engineering projects forward. As a Sales and Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project implementation, and contributing to the overall success of our engineering initiatives.

What you'll be doing
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored engineering solutions
  • Preparing detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to implement engineering projects within specified timelines and budgets
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Generating sales leads and proposals to drive new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new market opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for

Engineering background in mechanical, hydraulic system will be advantageous. Any other degree in sales, management, marketing, advertising is welcome if deemed suitable.

Has own transport and can cover power plant and oil and gas clientele.

Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and support clients. Friendly, outgoing and strong soft skills will be an advantage.

Must have own transport to travel and meet clients to do projects and product development presentations.

Remuneration:
  • Basic salary RM3500-6000 depends on experience.
  • Car, petrol, toll allowance will be provided.
  • Flexibility on working hours based on performance.
