Position: Marketing & Sales Specialist (Interior Design & Build)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our growing team at DMR Design & Build.

The ideal candidate will help promote our services, build relationships with clients, and drive new project opportunities, while representing the company professionally in all communications and presentations.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and construction market.
• Handle client inquiries, explain company services, and follow up on potential leads.
• Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a client database and track the progress of leads and projects.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and delivered.
• Manage and update social media and online marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and networking events when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Local Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (preferably in design, construction, or real estate).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of interior design and construction processes is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and motivated to achieve results.
• Possession of own transport and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
