Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and project sponsorships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing executives to achieve targets.
  • Oversee client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Create and approve presentation decks, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
  • Promote talents, services, and brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and campaign results to senior management.
Role Requirements
