Responsibilities

Manage, assist, and provide printing product consultation to prospective customers across various sales channels:

Physical Platforms: Retail outlets and exhibitions through face-to-face interactions.

Online Platforms: Telephone, website, social media, e-commerce platforms, and applications.

Manage customer orders using the Flexisprint system, including preparation of quotations, invoices, and payment receipts.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support and sustain the company’s business performance.

Assist in daily outlet operations.

Manage and obtain customer feedback on services provided.

EPF, EIS, and SOCSO contributions.
