• Must possess at least SPM, STPM, or Diploma qualification.
• Experience in the reconditioned car industry is required.
• Must have own transportation and a valid Class D driving license.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised recommendations on suitable reconditioned vehicles

Demonstrate the features and benefits of reconditioned vehicles to customers, ensuring they are fully informed about the products

Negotiate sales terms, handle customer queries, and close deals in a professional and efficient manner

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the wider sales team to contribute to the overall sales targets and growth of the business

Provide excellent post-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Must possess at least SPM, STPM, or Diploma qualification.
• Experience in the reconditioned car industry is required.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in car sales and knowledge of the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have own transportation and a valid Class D driving license.
• Willing to travel when required.
