We are looking for talented individuals to apply to our Sales Administrator opening.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales activities with the sales team, operation and procurement to ensure product demand forecast is up to date
- Maintaining and renew selling price, checking that quotation meet minimum selling price policy and tracking of distributor certificate and price list
- Creating and maintain marketing budget, records of expenses (including sampling)
- Collaborating closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Microsoft Excel (sales reports, quotations)
- Providing accurate monthly forecasting and sales report and opportunity status.
- Leveraging market intelligence and insights to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance.
- Supporting and execute sales plan that deliver sales target
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Participating in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- 2 years experience in administration
- Microsoft Excel
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skillsli>
- Customer service focused
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
