Responsibilities

  • Coordinating sales activities with the sales team, operation and procurement.
  • Maintaining selling prices and checking quotations.
  • Creating and maintaining marketing budget and expenses.
  • Collaborating with marketing for integrated campaigns.
  • Providing accurate monthly forecasting and sales reports.
  • Supporting and executing sales plans to meet targets.
  • Participating in trade shows and events for lead generation.

Inventec Performance Chemicals Southeast Asia is expanding!

We are looking for talented individuals to apply to our Sales Administrator opening.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinating sales activities with the sales team, operation and procurement to ensure product demand forecast is up to date
  • Maintaining and renew selling price, checking that quotation meet minimum selling price policy and tracking of distributor certificate and price list
  • Creating and maintain marketing budget, records of expenses (including sampling)
  • Collaborating closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Microsoft Excel (sales reports, quotations)
  • Providing accurate monthly forecasting and sales report and opportunity status.
  • Leveraging market intelligence and insights to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance.
  • Supporting and execute sales plan that deliver sales target
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Participating in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
Required Skills and Qualifications
