A property development firm in Ipoh is seeking an individual to coordinate Sale & Purchase Agreement matters, support sales teams, and manage compliance documentation. Responsibilities include liaising with various stakeholders, handling documentation for loan applications, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the smooth execution of transactions. This role offers a chance to engage directly with clients and partners in a dynamic environment.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and solicitors on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) matters.
Support internal sales team and external agents on bookings, sales documentation, cancellations, and commission matters.
Follow up with purchasers on loan applications to ensure timely SPA execution.
Liaise with purchasers, financiers, solicitors, and relevant authorities for loan documentation, title transfers, and other legal matters.
Prepare and handle documents for consent applications, utility accounts, letters of undertaking, and vacant possession delivery.
Generate progress billings, monitor collections, and ensure timely payments as per SOP.
Track agent commissions, refunds, and related financial matters.
Attend to enquiries, correspondences, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records in master control systems and generate reports as required.
