Job summary

A leading trading company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to provide vital administrative and operational support to the sales team. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing inventory levels, handling orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. The salary range is expected to be between MYR 4,000 and MYR 5,000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales administration or sales support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
  • Prepare reports on weekly & monthly basis and generate balance sheet for stock movement.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels and track shipments.
  • Handle delivery and sales orders.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and timely.
  • Assist in payment collection from customers based on credit terms.

Job Description

  • Good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
