Job summary

A technology-driven trading company in Subang Jaya, Selangor is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide operational support to the sales teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, a minimum diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, and be proficient in MS Excel. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. The salary offered ranges between MYR 4,000 and MYR 5,000.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 3 years sales administration or sales support experience.
Ability to prepare accurate invoices and reports.
Experience in handling delivery and sales orders.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
Prepare reports on a weekly & monthly basis and manage inventory levels.
Assist in payment collection from customers based on credit terms.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong written communication skills in English

Strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin

Education

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
