Job summary

A technology-driven trading company in Subang Jaya, Selangor is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide operational support to the sales teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, a minimum diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, and be proficient in MS Excel. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. The salary offered ranges between MYR 4,000 and MYR 5,000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years sales administration or sales support experience.
  • Ability to prepare accurate invoices and reports.
  • Experience in handling delivery and sales orders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
  • Prepare reports on a weekly & monthly basis and manage inventory levels.
  • Assist in payment collection from customers based on credit terms.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong written communication skills in English
Strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin

Education

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Description
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
  • Prepare report on weekly & monthly basis to the sales and generate balance sheet for stock movement.
  • Monitor and update of inventory levels for sales records in system and track shipments.
  • Handle delivery orders and sales orders.
  • Prepare and send invoice to customers accurately and timely.
  • Assist in payment collection from customer based on credit terms.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years sales administration or sales support experience
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
