Job description

We are a well‑established property development group seeking a Sales Administration Assistant Manager to lead and streamline its sales support operations in Malaysia. This role includes managing the end‑to‑end administration process.

We are a progressive, dynamic and an established developer with more than 20 years of excellent reputation. Fully involved in property development, resort management with projects in KL, Kuantan and Port Dickson.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all sales and credit administration functions per the terms and conditions of the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the company to achieve high operational work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Housing Development Act (HDA) and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • Ensuring the execution of Mortgage Offerings (MOT) and issuance of letters of confirmation or other relevant tasks are on time.
  • Ensuring progressive billings & collections are promptly handled and comply with the department’s SOP.
  • Monitoring all data records in the system and ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Keeping accurate records of all sales and credit administration‑related reports and preparing them promptly.
  • Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit Control and Project teams) to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of sales admin‑related tasks, including liaison with appointed lawyers and bankers.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts and expected collections to management for cash flow and budget planning.
  • Consistently submitting monthly/weekly reports to management for review, including reconciliation of month‑end deposit or down‑payment collection.
  • Attending to customers’ queries and working closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
  • Assisting the head of department on tasks assigned as and when required or undertaking any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales administration, preferably at a managerial or senior executive level.
  • Strong understanding of loan processes, end‑financing, billing cycles and credit risk management.
  • Proven track record in achieving collection targets and resolving delinquent accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with lawyers, bankers, agents and purchasers.
  • Willingness to work in Bandar Puchong, Selangor.
