Sunperry Furniture, established in 2009 by Modesco Sdn Bhd, is a specialist in supplying Designer Furniture and Project Furniture for hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, banks, hospitals, commercial spaces, and residences. Responsibilities

• Attend to and follow up on customer inquiries, provide excellent client service.
• Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices (PI), invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
• Support the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, sales processes, orders, and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and handle tender documents and submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers on stock ordering and related matters.
• Maintain a proper document filing system and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities to increase sales revenue.
• Manage the company’s social media and websites to enhance online presence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate proactively, and follow up on all customer related issues and complaints.
• Support the sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, quotation and sales processes.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers to achieve monthly sales team KPIs.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least SPM, Diploma or Degree in Administration/ Sales & Marketing/ Business Studies/ Accounting / Economics, or a related field.
• Must possess at least SPM, LCCI or any DIPLOMA qualification in accounting.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• At least 2 years of working experience in an admin / sales & marketing work or related field is a priority.
• Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)
• Knowledge in Canva, IT or social media online skill will be an added advantage.
• Good working attitude, helpful, hardworking, organized, efficient, responsible, good at solving problems, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Able to start in short notice will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
