Are you a motivated Sales Admin Officer/Executive looking to join a dynamic and growing company? As a sales admin officer/executive at VERA MARKETING SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing operations. This full‑time position is based in our Skudai, Johor office. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 1:30pm.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Preparing and processing sales invoices, DOs
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations
