SALES ADMIN OFFICER BASED IN PENANG
JOB SUMMARY
  • Provide Administrative support to Malaysia based employees
  • Provide sales and marketing support to the sales team
QUALIFICATION NEEDED
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration OR
  • More than 2 years of business administration experience in related field
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Arrange flights and hotel accommodation bookings, TAF documentation and transport arrangement (where applicable)
  • Assist sales team in the coordination of marketing events, including booth set up, preparing marketing materials and making logistics and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate marketing programs, including local and regional product launches and sourcing for suitable gimmicks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing communication materials required between country and regional office, e.g. literatures, catalogue or product brochures
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the preparation of product training materials and organization of training sessions when required
  • Support sales team on an urgent field requests, such as ad hoc urgent delivery of stocks to hospitals upon request
  • Assist in providing HCP documents prior to submission
  • Manage the marketing materials storage and replenishment in the office
  • Assist in office planning renovation, maintenance, security and relocation, where applicable
  • Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure services provided meet the needs of the company
  • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Corporate Regulatory Affairs and Policies
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable corporate standard operating procedures
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
