The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a relevant qualification, and must be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include handling billings and preparing sales reports, while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
Coordinate with all relevant parties in relation to sales activities and documentation.
Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of agreements and documents.
Handle issuance and collection of billings related to property sales transactions.
Monitor, update, and prepare regular sales and collection reports.
Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing appropriate support and solutions.
