A leading bakery company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage sales reports, assist the GM Sales with various tasks, and perform clerical duties. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Track and report all Sales related KPIs within deadlines.
  • Manage departmental meeting schedules and take minutes.
  • Consolidate forecast reports for GM Sales review.
  • Perform clerical duties including document management.
  • Assist GM Sales in all sales-related matters.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Track, report and post all Sales related reports and KPIs within stipulated timelines.
  • Manage inter and intra departmental meeting schedules, taking meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Consolidate all forecast reports and submissions from all stakeholders, on time in full for the perusal of GM Sales.
  • Perform various clerical and admin duties such as photocopying, controlling and filling documents, sorting and distributing department paperwork.
  • Assist GM Sales (primary) and his direct reports (secondary) on all matters related to Sales and their functions.
  • Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management, non-exhaustive.
  • Sales Admin related tasks:
    • Cash Collection – Daily cash collection and compile the cash collection report.
    • Tray Management Report – Compile the tray management.
    • Forecast File Compilation – Compile the forecast file for next week sales arrangement (Friday).
    • Daily Sales Reporting – Compile the data and update to management.
    • Update Salesman Attendance – To update the sales force attendance in an excel worksheet.
    • Competitor data entry – Compute and file competitor data in an excel worksheet upon request.
    • Credit Customer Payment Follow Up – Monthly credit customer statement follow up.
    • Handling DKSH SG MY PO and DO – Compile the DKSH PO, DO, Packing Slip, and Tax Invoice and coordinate with the warehouse key person.
    • Customer Registration Management (CRM Admin) – Manage the following registration entries:
      • New customer registration
      • Customer route change registration
      • Customer discontinue application
      • Monthly customer point tracking report
