Sales Admin Executive (Export Market)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Admin Executive to support our export sales team. This role focuses on administrative support, communication, logistics coordination, and sales reporting to ensure smooth operations and growth in our export markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to foster effective communication.
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to schedule deliveries, monitor schedules, and address any issues.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Order and maintain inventory of packaging materials, collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Compile and analyze sales data from various regions, preparing and formatting weekly/monthly sales reports for management review, and maintaining accurate records of sales performance and forecasts.
  • Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy, tracking order status, coordinating with logistics, and communicating with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma  or  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
