Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Bayan Lepas, Penang is looking for Junior and Senior Customer Service Executives. The candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining customer records. A minimum SPM or Diploma is required with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order management. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred. Qualifications

We are hiring 1 Junior and 1 Senior Customer Service Executive at Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Prepare Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, and other necessary documentation.
  • Support sales for order fulfillment from customers.
  • Create and maintain customer records in the system and proper documentation.
  • Monitor orders against available inventory to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with vendor on shipment arrangement.
People Requirements
  • Minimum SPM with 2 years related experience, or Diploma fresh graduates.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in order management, or purchasing experience.
  • Can use computer with minimal supervision: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Can speak in English, Malay and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates especially welcomed.
