Qualifications

  • Experience in handling customer quotations, sales orders, or invoicing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks and document follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse if needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales support.
