Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations based on product specifications, pricing, sizes, and customer requests.

Ensure quotation details are correct (product type, code, size, quantity, price, terms, and validity).

Assist Sales Executives with follow-ups on quotations and approvals.

Update customer records, quotation logs, and sales databases.

1. Sales Support
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations based on product specifications, pricing, sizes, and customer requests.
  • Ensure quotation details are correct (product type, code, size, quantity, price, terms, and validity).
  • Assist Sales Executives with follow-ups on quotations and approvals.
  • Update customer records, quotation logs, and sales databases.
2. Quotation Preparation Expertise – Mandatory
  • Create quotations quickly, professionally, and without errors.
  • Understand product codes, pricing structure, sizes, specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Verify product availability and lead time with Production before finalizing quotations.
  • Adjust quotations based on customer requirements or Sales Executive instructions.
  • Maintain proper filing for all quotations (softcopy & hardcopy).
  • Must be able to calculate totals, discounts, and rates accurately.
3. Customer Service
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide basic price information, product details, and quotation status updates.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and elevate when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
4. Order & Document Processing
  • Process customer orders after quotation approval.
  • Coordinate with Production to confirm stock availability and product readiness.
  • Coordinate with Logistics for delivery arrangements based on confirmed orders.
  • Prepare simple reports for Sales Executives or Management.
5. Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales Executives, Production, Logistics, Admin, and Accounts.
  • Provide data and documents required for invoicing (when needed).Support the Sales Department in general administrative tasks.
