Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated sales professional to achieve sales targets and drive corporate sales. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in relevant fields and have 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin or Korean is advantageous. This role involves managing client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and developing sales plans to meet KPIs. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residency status.

Job description

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute creative ideas to maximize market penetration.

Drive corporate sales and expand the client base.

Manage all communication and maintain strong client relationships.

Secure new business opportunities and arrange meetings for credential presentations.

Plan, prepare, and conduct sales presentations.

Introduce new service developments to prospective clients.

Provide specifications and quotations, follow up with prospects, and close sales with reasonable margins.

Develop and implement sales plans, including timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Meet KPIs set by the company.

Handle service operations such as product registration, updating product information, issuing coupons, and coordinating customer deliveries.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Sales / Marketing / IT / Computer Science.

At least 3 to 5 years of Corporate Sales working experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development. Experience in selling mobile marketing / digital solution and dealing with online selling channels, merchant brands and corporate are added advantages.

Possess strong communications skills both in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin&Korean are added advantages.

Dynamic, self-motivated, independent, strong in negotiation skills and presentation skills.

Honest and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people from all levels.

Applicant should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status with own transportation.

Strong networking and working experience in Insurance / Finance / Telco and / or related industries.
