Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Handling Handle walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales professionally. Manage WhatsApp leads promptly by preparing quotations, advising customers, and converting leads to sales.
• Showroom Presentation Maintain showroom cleanliness, ensure displays are neat, and keep catalogues, prices, and samples updated. Prepare daily sales updates, track pipeline, and provide customer feedback to management.
• Teamwork & SOP Compliance Work well with the team, follow Ella SOPs, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
