What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Actively promote and sell Drivora's products and services, demonstrating their features and benefits
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's product range, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, prior exposure to the automotive industry will be a strong added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed and insightful recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team, as well as independently to achieve sales targets
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (will be an added advantage)
