The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures that ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, and assets. This role requires strong leadership, crisis management skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce safety and security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and coordinate emergency response plans.
  • Liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency services.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain security systems and recommend upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
