Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update environment, health & safety policies, procedures and practices.
• To be a key person for the factory environment, safety and health practices.
• To make sure the environment, safety and health policies are carry out effectively in the factory.
• Dealing with the authority officer for the renewal certificate for registered machineries.
• To deal with the relevant supplier for the environment, safety and health issue.
• Follow up with the relevant authority for annual factory audit.
• Liaise with local authority for all the related issue for environment, safety & health.
• Conduct schedule fire drill within the factory and hostel.
• BEPI updating yearly for the European customer.
• BSCI audit for the environment, safety and health related aspect.
• Hostel safety and health related issue & Monthly Hostel Inspection.
• To be appointed as Secretary of safety and health committee and conduct the monthly safety & health meeting.
• Conduct safety and health related training and briefing internally.
• To lead the ERT team and training.
• Work accident investigation, reporting and prevention measure.
• Conduct OSH program such as Safety and Health Campaign internally.
• Any other jobs that assign by the Superior or the Top Management.
