Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record goods received from suppliers.
• Arrange items according to their categories and designated locations.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and in good condition.
• Assist in preparing outgoing orders.
• Check and update stock records periodically.
• Assist in periodic stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store/warehouse.
• Report loss, damage, or shortages to the manager.
• Comply with safety procedures when handling goods.
• Report concerning situations to management.
• Perform other related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Job description

Ensure that stock is stored safely and kept in good condition.

Assist in preparing outgoing orders (delivery orders/shipments).

Check and update stock records from time to time.

Assist in periodic stock counts (stock take).

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store/warehouse area.

Report any loss, damage, or shortages to the manager.

Comply with safety procedures when handling goods.

Report any concerning situation or condition to the Management immediately.

Perform any other related tasks as instructed by the Supervisor or employer from time to time according to operational needs.
