We are looking for an experienced RTR Manager to oversee and manage the Record to Report (RTR) process within the Accounting & Finance department for a 6 Month Contract. This role is based in Subang Jaya and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the business services industry.

Description
  • Manage and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team to meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial reporting and accounting records.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.
Profile

A successful RTR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Record to Report (RTR) process and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
