A leading global shipping company is seeking an RPA & Macro Developer to drive advancements in automation. You will work in an agile environment, developing bots and supporting automation initiatives. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in process automation and a strong understanding of RPA software, particularly Blue Prism. What is the Opportunity? As part of the team, you will be the core of our developments towards the zero.touch transport. Our global RPA Center of Excellence will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the specific bots. You will be a Robotics Process Automation – Developer work in an agile and collaborative environment where you will have continuous learning opportunities and challenging work.
Main Tasks:
Design, develop, test and support the bots created in Blue Prism platform
Collaborate with internal stake holders on the development of automation initiatives
Ensure quality of the deliverables
Develop and implement appropriate quality control and test procedures, troubleshooting, training of bots and writing technical guide for internal and external users
Identify ways to improve bot performance
Comply with existing in-house change management processes.
Colaborate with respective Head of Departments to understand how the vision of the product translates into specific requirements and business needs.
Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure delivery timeliness
Ad-hoc assignments i.e.: creating EXCEL Macros, collaborating in regional projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering or related technical qualification.
With 3 to 5 years and above of professional experience in process automation, ideally on enterprise scale and business process analyst.
Fresh Graduate with relevant background is welcome to apply!
Professional knowledge ofRPA software, ideallyBlue Prismor otherRPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Technology(Excel Macro / VBA / VB Script / SQL)
Strong skills in software architecture to develop high quality RPA
Excellent command of English.
Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the implemented design architecture.
Recommended to Have:-
Certification in Blue Prism
Agile methodology experience
Acquaintance with Machine Learning solutions
Experience in shipping industry or business administration processes
Experience in SAP and underlying business processes.
Experience in operating RPA in a DevOps approach.
