Job summary

Accenture is seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and support automation solutions across EDW and Data Lake environments. You will partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable RPA projects using UiPath and related tools.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, process optimization, and documentation, with opportunities to grow into specialist automation consulting and broader enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in RPA development or automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, .NET, and Java.
• Experience working with Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
• SDLC understanding and RPA development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and processing.
• Support integration of automation solutions within EDW and Data Lake environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in solution testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation best practices.
• Learn and support additional RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and other emerging technologies.
