Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking a Rotational Engineer (Fresh Grad) to support Production, Quality, and Maintenance across departments. You will investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve processes and equipment utilization.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and work hands-on across different departments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized with good follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflow and equipment utilization to reduce downtime, scrap and rework.
• Develop and update work instructions, process parameters and technical documents.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), tooling trials and process validation.
• Work with Quality to investigate non-conformances and verify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve recurring equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Lead assigned improvement projects, including action plans, timelines and progress tracking.
• Train operators on approved processes and monitor implementation.
• Track improvement results and report measurable improvements to management.
• Ensure all changes comply with safety requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
