Objective
To provide skilled workforce support for PN2 startup activities, including equipment relocation, servicing, and technical assistance, working closely with both the Robot Automation and Tester Technical teams.
Scope of Tasks
Personnel will be assigned under either the Robot Automation team or the Tester Technical team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Equipment Relocation
- Relocate testers and robots both inside production and to/from external areas
- Disconnect/reconnect utilities (electrical, air, network) safely
- Ensure proper handling, transportation, and installation of equipment
- Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning activities in Techbay areas
- Sort, organize, and dispose of materials appropriately
- Packaging and Shipment
- Pack testers, robots, and components for storage or shipment
- Assist in documentation and labeling of units
- Mechanical Part Servicing
- Service and maintain mechanical parts including Robots, Testers, Clamps, Carriages, Conveyors
- Tasks may involve cleaning, lubricating, replacing, or realigning parts
- Assist in repair and troubleshooting of various electronics boards, including MFM controller, Spindle controller, Microstep controller, Filter and other relevant PCBs.
- Network & Pneumatic Line Re-layout
- Support layout and rerouting of Network cabling, Compressed air/pneumatic lines/Vacuum Line
- Ensure proper connection and functionality post-installation
- Robot & Tester Setup
- Perform basic robot operations
- Assist in tester setup and tester head changeovers
- Daily Task Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Robot Automation and Tester Technical teams
- Prioritize tasks based on real-time operational needs, as directed by team leaders or coordinators
Requirements
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiar with cleanroom/ESD handling protocols
- Physically fit for equipment handling and 12-hour shift work
- Previous experience in semiconductor or automation equipment service is preferred
