Job summary

HPMT Industries is seeking an experienced manager to support the Group’s sustainability, enterprise risk management, compliance, and internal control activities. The role will work closely with the CFO, Sustainability Lead, Management, and business functions to strengthen sustainability and regulatory readiness, risk governance, and quarterly/annual reporting for Management, ARMC, and the Board.

The role involves coordinating the quarterly Sustainability Committee cycle, IFRS S1/S2 disclosures,

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, sustainability, risk management, business or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in listed, manufacturing or export-oriented environment.
• Experience in sustainability/ESG reporting and GHG accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS S1/S2, Bursa sustainability requirements, GHG Protocol.
• Strong analytical, coordination, writing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainability Lead in managing the quarterly Sustainability Committee cycle, including meeting coordination, action follow-through and reporting.
• Coordinate readiness for IFRS S1/S2 / NSRF sustainability disclosures and related reporting requirements.
• Coordinate GHG accounting data collection, validation and documentation for Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 categories.
• Support sustainability data governance, evidence controls and assurance readiness.
• Coordinate regulatory and market-access requirements relevant to export markets (EU PPWR, CBAM, product carbon footprint).
• Work with Operations, Procurement, Sales, QA, Finance and other functions to obtain and validate required data.
• Manage the Group's ERM framework, including principal risks, KRIs, treatment effectiveness, escalation and business continuity/operational resilience.
• Prepare quarterly risk, internal control and sustainability updates for Management, ARMC and Board reporting.
• Support the annual SORMIC assessment and related assurance documentation.
• Coordinate follow-up on internal audit, compliance and significant control findings, and monitor Bursa and corporate compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Risk Management, Business or related discipline.


• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a listed, manufacturing or export-oriented environment.


• Experience in sustainability / ESG reporting, GHG accounting, or climate-related disclosures.


• Familiarity with IFRS S1/S2, Bursa sustainability requirements, GHG Protocol and sustainability data management.


• Exposure to EU sustainability / market-access requirements such as PPWR, CBAM or product carbon footprint is an advantage.


• Good understanding of ERM, internal controls and listed-company governance requirements.


• Exposure to SORMIC, Internal Audit, ISO 9001/14001 or business continuity is an advantage.


• Strong analytical, coordination, writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
