Job summary

Capital A Berhad is actively seeking a Manager, Risk Management to support enterprise risk governance across the group. You will lead data-driven risk assessments, KPI tracking, and risk reporting across subsidiaries.

The role requires a banker/financial background with 5+ years in ERM/BCM and strong skills in dashboards (Power BI), Excel, and quantitative analysis. You will interact with senior leadership and Board committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ERM/BCM experience in banking or multi-entity groups.
• Bachelor in risk-related field; professional certs (FRM, PRM, CFA, CRMP, CISA) advantageous.
• Experience building interactive dashboards and automated risk reporting tools.
• Strong KRIs tracking, board papers, and executive briefing delivery.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 and regulatory/compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ERM and BCM frameworks across entities.
• Maintain risk registers and monitor risk appetite and KRIs.
• Coordinate quarterly risk reviews with business units.
• Perform quantitative risk analysis, stress and scenario testing.
• Assess credit, market, FX, liquidity risks across group.
• Build and maintain interactive risk dashboards for executives.
• Prepare board papers and risk heatmaps for committees.
• Partner with subsidiaries on risk assessments for projects.
