Job summary

Crowe Malaysia is seeking a diligent Internal Audit Associate to support planning, execution and reporting of varied audits. You will identify key risks, evaluate controls, and ensure documentation aligns with audit objectives.

The role requires strong communication, meticulousness and the ability to work under tight deadlines with occasional travel. Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business field.
Excellent communication, report writing and computer skills.
Strong problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
Team player capable of working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Assist Internal Audit Managers with audit planning, execution and reporting.
Identify and assess risks and evaluate controls to improve internal controls.
Ensure audit work is properly documented and aligns with objectives.
Draft audit findings with recommendations and communicate issues to process owners.
Ensure audits are completed within established timeframes.
Monitor implementation status of management's corrective actions.
